            Jim Bolender (Witt, '88) also attended UVa and is now at the University of San Diego.          

        University of Southern California, 1980-81, Post-Doctoral Research Associate with Professor Christopher Reed
            Miranda Hayman, Witt '04, is now a graduate student at USC in the Haw group.
            Chris Reed is now at UC Riverside, and Mark Juhasz (Witt '00) was in the Reed Group and is now an Visiting Assistant Professor at Allegheny College.

My Professional Life

        Once a boron chemist...
        My post-doc work at the University of Southern California was also in boron chemistry.
        I’ve dabbled in applied electrochemistry.
        Made some esoteric dirhenium compounds.
        Written about the application of student development theory to chemistry teaching.
        Written about how fire departments respond to fires in chemistry buildings...
        Taught NSF Chautauqua courses....
